  • Cloud Tres Studios and Gallery (map)

This series explores the state of being as a process of becoming. Open to all possible instances in the ground of experience, Being becomes happening. It unfolds through time as possibility. Unbound from fixed identifications, Being embodies the space it both inhabits and transits. Temporarily this; temporarily here.

Being will be on view August 1st to 22nd by appointment. To schedule a visit please go to

Trama and Urdiembre -Warp and Woof

Tankas are paintings depicting Buddhist iconography. They are tools of teaching and a base for meditation. This body of work is inspired by this tradition.
This series explores the idea of introspection and its relational aspect . Sitting as an act of active contemplation, we embody the space we inhabit on the arena of experience with others. We are warp and woof of the fabric we weave.

JOURNEY

Journey is a ceramic sculpture exhibit of new works by Alejandra Almuelle that explores the stages of this archetypal theme with acute relevance today. Transitions occur across multiple spectra such as cultural, national, gender and geographical. It also takes place in the ‘inner landscape’ across the emotional aspects of the human psyche. Almuelle believes clay is the appropriate medium for expressing the human journey because is the stuff we are made of.”
